The estimated date of arrival is based on the carrier’s approximation of a delivery date – please understand this is beyond our control and we have no additional information outside what you are seeing. 

• If your package is shipped via flat packet, no tracking information will be provided.

• The shipping cost you see, is what we pay to our carrier. We don’t have a way to manipulate this as it is based on the weight of your order. 

• All products ship from our facility in Toronto, On. If you are an international customer we are not responsible for any duties/taxes/other fees incurred at the time of your shipment being delivered.
